Before shipping the item, is fine.

But after order arrives, the customer will get a full refund minus shipping when item is returned.

Also, the customers will pay for a return like return shipping as in when returning back to me.

If item arrives damaged, I will also take a part of that in the refund.

- But if an item ends up damage, please contact me.
- I'll try to work it out with you, either by a refund or sending another item of the same item or a different item as a replacement.

Shipping Return Cost
- Yes, the buyer pays for the return label and to return the item.
- We usually ship returns through USPS.
- But sometimes, we accept them through UPS.
- If item ends up damaged, the item is deducted from refund, but I will try to work with the buyer because I want you to be happy.
