What happens if the item is damaged?

  • I try to ship the best I can.
  • I try to keep track of what goes out.
  • I even pay attention to tracking.
  • But if an item ends up damage, please contact me.
  • I'll try to work it out with you, either by a refund or sending another item of the same item or a different item as a replacement.
  • No restocking fees.

Can the customer change their mind?

  • Yes, we do not offer restocking fees at the moment.
  • What if the customers changes his mind? The customer will get a full refund minus shipping when item is returned. 
  • Also the customers will pays for a return as in when returning back to me.
  • If item arrives damaged, I will take a part of that in the refund.

Shipping Returns Cost?

  • Yes the buyer pays for the return label and to return the item.
  • We usually ship returns through USPS.
  • But sometimes, we accept them through UPS.
  • If item ends up damaged, the item is deducted from refund but I will try to work with the buyer because I want you to be happy.
