Introduction

In this post, I tell you a little bit our checkout process. What we offer on refunds, and returns. Also, what are the payment methods. How to add an item, and how to check out. Do I bundle on shipping. Do I use bubble wrap on all orders? I do offer international shipping, and customer service options. In this post, scroll down to see what all I offer. 

How To Check Out?

How To Add an Item and Place Order?

1. Click on item in shop. Item has name, description, quantity, and price. Also, you can by clicking add to cart under item.

2.  Check out using shop? Click add to cart, then check out after clicking item.

3. How to order? Enter your name, email and phone. Then choose payment method between credit card/debit card or PayPal. Then click check out button.

4. Order Successful! PayPal will go to PayPal account. Enter name and address in PayPal check out. Use credit card or debit card, by entering that in payment. I will get paid through stripe on that.

Information On Payment Options

I accept apple pay, PayPal, and credit/debit card as payment in checkout. I do accept cash, cash App, and PayPal on local picks up. I don't accept money orders. All orders go out as soon as possible. I get paid through PayPal right away. All credit card orders are allowed but will go to stripe merchant, and payment may take a few days for me to get it even though after accepted the payment should come in and start processing. 

Shipping Options? Can I Bundle? Bubble Wrap?

Yes, I can bundle. Click message pop up to contact about bundling on items. I will let you know what I can do on price and shipping. I have all orders go out within usually the next days or up to two to three business days. I can ship on Saturday, but don't on Sunday. I use bubble wrap on all orders except stuffed animals or clothes. I try not to ship glass and will try to do local pick up for those items. Local items are only for pick up in Lexington, SC. You can contact by clicking on the message pop up. My business hours are 9am to 5pm, so after those hours it's a high chance I may say no. But doesn't hurt to ask. You can see all items for sale in the shop - online and local, as well as category of product page. So, go there, and see what I have for sale. 

Refund and Return Polices?

I try to ship the best I can. I try to keep track of what goes out. I even pay attention to tracking. But if an item ends up damage, please contact me. If an item ends up damage, please contact me. I'll try to work it out with you, either by a refund or sending another item of the same item or a different item as a replacement, and I offer a no restocking fee. What if the customers decide to change his mind? Before shipping the item, is fine. But after order arrives, the customer will get a full refund minus shipping cost when item is returned. Also, the customers will pay for a return like return shipping as in when returning back to me. If the item arrives back damaged, I will also take a part of that in the refund. Do I offer return cost? Yes, the buyer pays for the return label and to return the item. We usually ship returns through USPS., but sometimes, we accept them through UPS. If item ends up damaged, the item is deducted from refund, but I will try to work with the buyer because I want you to be happy.

Fast Shipping! International Shipping?

I try to ship everything the best that I can. I use bubble wrap on all orders except clothes. I try to be honest and fair. I try to give the best descriptions I can. All orders go out within two to three business day. I do offer international shipping. The shipping is a flat rate cost. Add product to cart, click view cart, then enter the shipping of your area. Please use the right area for the shipping cost that you live in, or I will cancel the order.

Customer Service?

try to answer all questions as soon as possible. I will respond as soon as possible. You can ask me something anytime by contacting me. I will respond as soon as possible. If you ask a question at night, or in the middle of the night, I will most likely respond to it, the next day. I try to answer the question that you asked, with the best answer I am able to give to you. You can contact by clicking the contact message pop up. You can also go to contact page, and even email my email address like in footer. So, feel free to send any questions, or concerns. I try to care about the customers.

Closing Thoughts

Now you know how to add an item to check out. Also, what the payment method I offer for the buyer. How to place an order, and what the refund policy is. You also know the change your mind policy. You see what we do for bubble wrap, and yes, we offer international shipping. Just enter the right area at check out. You also know about my customer service and what I can give to you. So, now you know a little more about the checkout policy, so go ahead to shop or categories of product, look around, and place an order.
