Induction To Blog

In this post, I give my 3 days setlist songs list of a Metallica festive and what songs I would like to hear. I also give my thoughts on the usual setlist. You will see what bands I will pick. I will pick a total of 15 bands. But I am only giving my thoughts on a Metallica 3-day setlist, a total of 18 songs a night. I also show off my cd collection of Metallica. I have just about every album but 72 Seasons and don't have LULU. So read below, and feel free to suggest a topic.

What Do I Think of the Usual Setlist?

I do enjoy hearing or seeing some of the popular songs get played live. But I get tired of seeing the same songs on the same setlist just about every night. I do like Enter Sandman or Fade to Black, but I would like to hear some songs that never get played or haven't been played in a while. Also, some songs like Bad Seed, or Attitude. But I don't know if those two will ever get played live. I know you got to go with the songs everyone knows but I think a song people don't know would be nice to hear or see performed on YouTube.

What Other Artists Would Be on the Festival?

I'm going to pick 15 artists for the tour. The fifthteen artists are below. Only band names but no setlist.

  • I would pick for night one, Judas Priest, Megadeth, Black Label Society, Fozzy, and Metallica,
  • I would pick for night two, Disturbed, Godsmack, Breaking Benjamin, Ozzy Osbourne, and Metallica.
  • I would pick for night three, Ashes of Ares, Iron Maiden, Megadeth, Ghost, and Metallica.

Blog on The First CD I Bought. What was That?

The first cd I bought was Disturbed, Indestructible. I bought it in like 2010. I got a ride to Walmart after making a little bit of money doing side jobs. This cd was bought at Walmart. I think I paid like 10$ or a little less. But it was brand new. I remember putting in my computer. The desktop was old, let it rip the cd. Then I started listening to the cd and helped me become a bigger fan of the band. I was amazed at the sound of the band.  The cd was a great listen to. I still like Disturbed till this day, but this cd and the sickness hooked me into liking Disturbed. The album is definitely a great listen to. The songs I like the most are the night, Perfect Insanity, and the title track, Indestructible. It has a great rocking feel and really great songs that are able to be listen to more than once. I would say this album is one of my favorites by Disturbed.

Blog On What I Think of Metallica and New Album, 72 Seasons

My introduction to Metallica and Their music I got into Metallica as a teenager, around 2011. Metallica became one of my favorites along my twenties. I would say the black album and justice for all are the two albums that hooked me. I really liked the first five albums. I have enjoyed the last two albums. My favorite album is the album of ride the lightning. I always have liked Fade to Black and Battery. Those songs are my two favorites by Metallica. I haven't seen Metallica live but I might one day.     Thoughts on Metallica newest album, 72 Season. When I heard a new album was coming out, I had three types of feeling towards it. I was like because I enjoyed the last album, Hardwired, I would give it a chance. I also felt like Metallica lost its hunger years ago to really make a good album and what I heard in the first two songs, I didn't like it so far. But I will give it a chance to hear the album in full when it comes out. I also felt like Metallica has too many songs that they don't play, play the same songs live all the time, and don't really need a new album. I would rather Metallica play songs they don't play then make a new album. But do what you want to. When I heard the new album in full, the album felt disappointing unlike the last album. I only kind of liked the title track, 72 Seasons but didn't care for anything else on the album. I have heard this album has been disappointing to people. I will say I felt the same. I feel like I don't mind Metallica making new music but if it's not good, it's not good, I don't care to hear it, and they don't need a new album. Metallica lost its drive in the mid 90s but that what money will do to you. I feel like the last couple years is that I still like Metallica but don't really need new music by them. The older stuff is fine. I feel the same with Iron Maiden on new music.
